Our Vibrant menu

Vibrant is based on choosing Healthy Options on your daily dietary requirements to offer a vairied and tasty alternative to your regular intake of Fruit and Vegetables. All produce is freshly prepared each day with locally sourced products. Instead of using pre packed or convenience foodstuffs.

We are now using Rapeseed oil in the main kitchen instead of vegetable oil. For the benefits of using this oil, please see the notice in the Vanilla Cafe.

Please keep an eye on the daily cafe menu on the intranet for daily and weekly specials.
