Setting up a voicemail message internally

Setting up your voicemail internally allows you to inform callers when you are in or out of the office.

To change your voicemail message, just follow these instructions depending on your office location.

Blackhall Place

  • Select the Voice Mail button followed by your 'Personal Security Code' (if required)
  • Then select 3, 2, 1, 3
  • Record message
  • Press * to end recording
  • Hang up

Education Centre

  • Select the Voice Mail button followed by your 'Personal Security Code' (if required)
  • Then select 3, 2, 1, 3
  • Record message
  • Press * to end recording
  • Hang up

George's Court

  • Select the 'Messages' button followed by your 'Personal Security Code' (if required) + #
  • Then select 4, 1, 1
  • Record message
  • Press # to end recording
  • Hang up
