A new process has been introduced to ensure staff get timely support from the System 360 team.

From Tuesday 21 May, when you send an email to the System 360 team at 360@lawsociety.ie, your email will create a ticket on the Law Society’s issue tracking system.  This will allow the support team us to track the progress of any support issues and also help to identify any outstanding items and flag them for escalation, if needed. 

 Your issue will then be assigned to the relevant person in the System 360 team, or a staff member with the knowledge required. That person will investigate the issue and resolve it, or escalate it if necessary.

Improving transparency

 We hope this will bring more transparency and confidence to all users as to how your issues are dealt with. We also hope soon to show all users, via the intranet, how quickly queries are turned around as part of this solution.
