Membership-only form
Many solicitors renew their membership as part of the Practising Certificate Application process. If you did not do this, or wish to continue your membership as a non-practising solicitor, you can complete the 2024 Membership form below.

Why take out membership?
Fees
The cost of standard membership of the Law Society is €85. However, discounted fees also apply as follows:
- Less than one year qualified and admitted in current year - €20
- Less than three years qualified - €55
- Unemployed and registered with Career Support - free
- More than 50 years qualified - free.
Online payment is by credit or debit card only.
Confirmation of membership
Once you have submitted the online membership form and payment, you will see details of your membership order under My Orders.
