Matheson names thirteen partners in twelve units

Matheson has appointed 13 new partners across 12 different practice areas, bringing the total number of partners and tax principals in the firm to 105.

The new partners have taken up their positions in the areas of tax, employment, pensions and benefits, structured finance, asset management, corporate restructuring and insolvency, international business, financial institutions, property finance, technology and innovation, healthcare, projects, energy and infrastructure, and EU competition and regulatory groups.

Expansion

Managing partner Michael Jackson said that the firm continued to expand as Ireland’s largest law firm, top performing M&A firm for 2021, and number one funds-law practice for the 11th year in a row.

The 13 partners and their practice areas are:
