Law firm Eversheds Sutherland has announced the promotion of nine lawyers at its Dublin and Belfast offices.

As a result of the appointments, there will be five new senior associates, and four new associates, at the firm.

In Dublin, Sophie Dudley (corporate team), David McKeating (pensions) and John Kerin (real estate) have all been promoted to become senior associates.

Corrina Cassidy and Hannah Boyd from the real-estate team in Belfast also become senior associates.

In addition, Thomas Costello and Philip Reynor (litigation), and Niamh Diskin (employment) have been named as new associates in Dublin.

Niall McCavitt (real estate) has also been promoted to associate in Belfast.

Alan Connell (managing partner at Eversheds Sutherland Ireland, pictured) described the promotions as “much-deserved recognition”.

"These ambitious new associates and senior associates will be able to grow their expertise, and utilise our global network, to continue providing excellent service to all our clients,” he added.
