DWF reports 14% annual rise in revenue

DWF, which provides legal and business services, has reported net revenue of Stg £425 million for the financial year to the end of April.

The revenue figure represented a 14% increase from the £380 million recorded in the previous year.

The firm, which has offices in Dublin and Belfast, said that revenue at its legal operations grew by 8%. Commercial services also recorded 8% growth, while insurance revenue jumped by 24%.

Economic uncertainty

DWF chief executive Sir Nigel Knowles described the increase in revenue as “an excellent performance”.

“We have achieved continued profitable growth despite macro-economic uncertainty, which is testament to the exceptional service our colleagues provide, and the trust placed in them by our clients,” he stated.

The group promoted 33 people to partner level during the year.
