UCD Sutherland School of Law, has opened applications to its accredited flexible micro-credential courses for legal professionals.

Critical skills gap

A fee subsidy has been introduced to address critical skills gaps and reduces the learner fee by 50% or 80% for eligible learners, on a first-come-first served basis.

Arbitration Law and Procedure (50% fee subsidy)

Delivered by Professor Brian Hutchinson, this micro-credential focuses on the law and practice of domestic arbitration.

Cybersecurity Law and Regulation (80% fee subsidy)

This module covers the law and regulation of cybersecurity, considering Irish and EU law such as the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, the NIS2 Directive, and the Cyber Resilience Act.

Law of the European Convention on Human Rights (50% fee subsidy)

This micro-credential addresses skills development needs in the increasingly important subject of European human rights law.

Environmental Law Micro-credentials

UCD offers a range of environmental law courses.
