DAA retail arm ARI appoints general counsel

ARI, the retail subsidiary of airports operator DAA, has appointed Laura Lee O’Driscoll as general counsel.

She will join the ARI executive team and report directly to chief executive Ray Hernan.

O’Driscoll (pictured) has worked at ARI for the past four years, serving as commercial counsel on its legal and regulatory team.

With over a decade of experience in private practice – including a period at business-law law firm Mason Hayes & Curran – she has advised numerous high-profile multi-national clients throughout her career.

Since joining ARI, O’Driscoll has played a key role in leading legal negotiations, managing contracts, and providing strategic direction.
