IWLA AGM to take place at Law Society

The Irish Women Lawyers Association is to hold its annual general meeting (AGM) in the Law Society, Blackhall Place, Dublin 7 on Thursday 18 July (6pm).

There will also be a presentation from Maeve Delargy on the Equality for Children campaign, for which a CPD credit of 30 minutes is available, and the meeting will be followed by a social event in the Rose Garden in Blackhall Place.

The event is free of charge to members, but booking is required.

The meeting will by a hybrid event, with the facility to join remotely.

Equality for Children was formed in October 2019 by a group of LGBTQ+ parents. The group is calling on the Government to amend the Children and Family Relationships Act 2015.
