Business-law firm Mason Hayes & Curran (MHC) has announced that Judith Curran has rejoined the firm as counsel on its employment-law team.

Her expertise covers a wide range of employment-law matters, from equality and diversity to complex restructuring processes.

Dual-qualified in Ireland, and England and Wales, Curran advises both domestic and international clients.

Fresh perspective

Melanie Crowley (head of employment law and benefits at MHC) said that Curran’s return would further enhance the team’s capabilities in handling high-stakes employment disputes.

Curran said that she was rejoining MHC at an “exciting time”, adding that her cross-border expertise offered fresh perspectives on emerging issues.
