The Hibernian Law Medals will be conferred this year upon former President of Ireland, Mary Robinson, and former President of the British Supreme Court, Baroness Hale of Richmond.

The conferring event will take place at the Law Society on Thursday 12 May at 6.30pm, and acceptance speeches will be delivered by the recipients.

Ms Justice Mary Irvine, President of the High Court, will chair the conferral ceremony.

Recipients include the former Chief Justice Mrs Justice Susan Denham, former Irish President Mary McAleese, and British judge Lord Neuberger.
