Two new partners are  appointed at William Fry

William Fry has named two new partners.

Louise McNabola has been appointed as a partner in the banking and finance department, while David Kirton has been appointed a technology partner.

Kirton specialises in intellectual property and commercial law as well as life sciences, and gives strategic advice on the structuring and negotiation of contracts for transformative technology and outsourcing projects.

Challenges

Owen O'Sullivan, managing partner, said: “I am delighted to welcome Louise and David to the William Fry partnership.”

He said that in spite of ongoing challenges, William Fry continues to grow, particularly across key practice areas such as banking and finance, and technology.
