23/09/2021 09:49:07The Workplace Relations Commission has published its latest decisions and recommendations from 23 August 2021 to 6 September 2021.
Employment cases in August and September
The decisions and recommendations include:
- an unsuccessful claim for unfair dismissal following refusal to take a pay cut and redundancy (Aidan Cunningham v Jdm Specialist Cars Joe Duffy Mazda, ADJ-00029662)
- a claim of discrimination on the grounds of race for refusal to grant a learner driver permit (Muhammad Zafar v Road Safety Authority, ADJ-00029006), and
- a recommendation for mediation on foot of complaints about an employer's performance management (A Customer Support Representative v A Technology Company, ADJ-00032575)
