January employment case law
Cases covered include:

an award of €8,000 compensation following dismissal during the employee's probationary period (General Operative v Production Facility, ADJ-00043986),

an unsuccessful claim of discrimination on the grounds of family or civil status arising from the operation of a blended working policy (Jonathan Cahill v Cork County Council, ADJ-00045924), and
-
