- The European Company Lawyers Association (ECLA) would like to highlight planned activities for 2022, including ECLA’s new study and survey on Data Driven Business Models, ECLA’s Corporate Counsel Academy courses, ECLA’s Online Learning Centre webinars, ECLA’s General Counsel Roundtables. - The Workplace Relations Commission has published its latest decisions and recommendations from 1 November to 15 November 2021. The decisions and recommendations cover issues include unfair dismissals, work experience, and more. See WRC cases
