11/01/2022 08:56:31The Workplace Relations Commission has published its latest decisions and recommendations from 1 to 15 December 2021.
December employment case law
The decisions and recommendations include:
- a dispute concerning the allocation of overtime hours (A Cleaning Operative v A Cleaning company, ADJ-00032751),
- a claim of unfair selection for redundancy following an extensive consultation process (Kinga Mcinerney v Emirates Airline, ADJ-00031557), and
- a dispute regarding a suspension and investigation of a care worker following a HIQA complaint (A Care Worker v Care Services, ADJ-00012171).
