Help for a changing market

The Boost Programme is being established by the Law Society Career Support service, working in collaboration with the Law Society’s Younger Members Committee to support newly qualified solicitors in the current difficult job market.

It will involve a combination of one-to-one support provided by a dedicated career adviser and group training delivered on Zoom. Because Zoom is delivered online, solicitors throughout Ireland can participate regardless of where they are located.

Accessing support

The Boost Programme is open to solicitors and trainees who are both employed and unemployed, group training programmes are all delivered outside office hours. This initiative is being delivered as a Law Society member support and no charge will apply. The Boost Programme will commence in December 2020. Places are limited and will be filled on a first come – first served basis.

A separate initiative, the Resolve Programme exists to support solicitors with well-established experience.
