June employment case law
Cases covered include:

a successful claim for constructive dismissal where the employer failed to investigate a grievance (Irene Kinsella v James Tomkins Garage Ltd, ADJ-00043416),

an unsuccessful claim of discrimination where a local authority refused a HAP application in respect of a property purchased by the applicant's parents (Michael O'Connell v Meath County Council, ADJ-00043415), and
-
a recommendation to modify an employee's disputed performance review (Team Manager v Retailer, IR - SC - 00000870).
