News

In-house solicitors are reminded that they must make their application for a practising certificate on or before 1 February 2023 in order to have a practising certificate issued bearing 1 January 2023.  An application for a practising certificate requires the fully completed form and full payment of fees to the Society on or before 1 February 2023. In-house solicitors should be mindful of their employer’s payment run dates.  If the payment run date is at the end of the month, these solicitors should ensure to apply for the appropriate payment run with sufficient time to ensure the payment is made to the Society on or before 1 February 2023.
