June employment case law
Cases covered include:

a successful claim of pay discrimination on grounds of age (Tom Mulhall v Seafield Hotel & Spa, ADJ-00035480),

an unsuccessful complaint pursuant to the Payment of Wages Act following a substantial reduction in wages during the pandemic (Kimberly McCraw v Ryanair DAC, ADJ-00037181), and
