Procedure where Law Society staff receive emails not intended for the Society
If Law Society staff receive an email and any attachments to it that is not intended and sent erroneously to them - these communications are confidential and intended solely for the use of the person(s) to whom they should have been addressed.
If you are not the intended recipient you shall not disclose, disseminate, distribute, copy or take any action in reliance on the contents of the e-mail nor any attachments to it. You must notify the sender immediately by e-mail that you have received this e-mail by mistake and delete this e-mail from your system. Please also confirm the occurrence and your actions to dataprivacy@lawsociety.ie
