Deadline to remain on the England & Wales Roll
11/05/2023 10:43:20Solicitors who wish to remain on the Roll of Solicitors in England & Wales without a practising certificate must apply to the Solicitors Regulation Authority by 28 May 2023.
Background
Due to changes to laws on how personal data is handled, the Solicitors Regulation Authority has reintroduced the requirement for all solicitors without a practising certificate to apply to remain on the roll each year.
A £20 administration fee applies, and the deadline for applications is 28 May 2023.
