As part of a new partnership with Elephant in the Room, founder Brent Pope is joining our festival to unveil our elephant sculpture. Brent is a former professional rugby player, a qualified psychotherapist and an advocate of greater mental health awareness and understanding.

Meet the speakers


Lisa Carty.jpgLisa Carty is the head of Litigation, Regulation and Tax in Pinsent Masons (Ireland). Lisa has over 20 years’ experience as a commercial litigator, with a particular focus on financial services disputes. Lisa also has a significant practice in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions. Lisa is consistently ranked in legal directories and has won a number of prestigious awards for her work, including the Client Choice Award for Litigation in Ireland in 2020 and 2021. Lisa is a member, and former chair, of the Litigation Committee of the Law Society of Ireland. Lisa is the co-author of the chapter on Injunctions in the Civil Litigation Manual published by Oxford University Press.


Geraldine Clarke.jpgGeraldine is a senior partner at Gleeson McGrath Baldwin solicitors, managing the firm's litigation department with a focus on commercial and civil litigation across all court jurisdictions. Geraldine’s expertise includes intellectual property, personal injuries, banking, and professional liability. She regularly engages in mediation and arbitration, and serves as chair of the Property Services Regulatory Authority. Formerly, Geraldine was President of the Law Society of Ireland and chair of the International Bar Association's Professional Ethics Committee. She is admitted to the roll of solicitors in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland
