Guidelines for Internal Booking System

The guidelines below are intended to give a summary of how to use the internal Premises Booking system which has many features and added flexibility.

In order for the Booking system to display properly, as with the Intranet in general, your screen resolution should be set to 1024 x 768. Please contact IT if you need help with this.

Education Centre - Room Capacities

Lecture Theatre: 280
Green Theatre: 135
Seminar Rooms 1-8: 17 (per room, tutorial style)
Rooms A&B, Green Hall: 22 (per room, tutorial style)
Seminar Rooms 1, 2 & 3: 60 (opened into one room, theatre style)

Choose from the following options:

1. Make a room booking
2. Amend catering requirements
3. Change number of attendees
4. Re-schedule a booking
5. Move meeting to a different room
6. Cancel a booking.
